1Heat Coconut oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or pot over medium heat.
2Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Then add Fenugreek seeds and Curry leaves, frying for a few seconds until fragrant.
3Add Green chilies, finely chopped Ginger, and finely chopped Garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
