1Prepare the broth: In a pot, combine Water, Dried anchovies, and Dried kelp (dashima). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove and discard the Dried anchovies and Dried kelp (dashima) to leave a clear broth.
2While the broth simmers, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, White sugar, and Minced garlic. Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste forms.
3Prepare the remaining ingredients: Slice the Korean fish cakes into bite-sized pieces. Roughly chop the Green cabbage. Slice the Onion thinly. Cut the Green onion into 5cm lengths.
