While the broth simmers, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, White sugar, and Minced garlic. Mix thoroughly until a smooth paste forms.

Prepare the remaining ingredients: Slice the Korean fish cakes into bite-sized pieces. Roughly chop the Green cabbage. Slice the Onion thinly. Cut the Green onion into 5cm lengths.
