1Heat 20 grams of Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-low heat.
2Add Semolina to the pan and roast it, stirring continuously, until it turns light golden and aromatic, about 7-10 minutes. Transfer the roasted Semolina to a plate and set aside.
3In a separate pot, bring Water to a boil. Add Saffron strands and Salt to the boiling Water. Reduce heat to low and keep warm.
