1Place the Dried Miyeok in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Allow it to rehydrate for 20 minutes until fully expanded and tender.
2Drain the rehydrated Dried Miyeok and rinse it thoroughly under cold running water. Gently squeeze out excess water.
3Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch the Dried Miyeok in the boiling water for 30 seconds. This helps to remove any lingering ocean smell and improves texture.
