1Soak the Dried white peas in ample water overnight, or for at least 8 hours. Drain and rinse them thoroughly.
2Pressure cook the soaked Dried white peas with 600 grams of water and 3 grams of Salt for 4-5 whistles until tender but not mushy. Set aside.
3Boil the Potatoes until fork-tender. Peel and mash them thoroughly, ensuring no lumps remain. Set aside.
