1Wash 200g Sona Masuri rice and 100g Toor dal thoroughly. Soak them together in 500ml Water for 20 minutes.
2Chop 100g Carrots, 50g Green beans, 100g Potatoes, 100g Onion, and 100g Tomato into 1-inch pieces.
3Soak 20g Tamarind in 100ml warm Water for 10 minutes, then extract the pulp and discard the fibrous residue.
