In a large bowl, combine Bread flour, 30 grams Granulated sugar, Salt, and Instant dry yeast.
Warm the Milk to about 35-40 degrees Celsius and add it along with 25 grams Egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a clean surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until it becomes somewhat smooth.
