1Slice the Stale country bread into 1.5 cm thick slices.
2Heat the Extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Toast the Stale country bread slices on both sides until golden brown and crisp. Set aside.
3In a large pot, bring the Beef broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Season the Beef broth with Fine sea salt and Freshly ground black pepper to taste.
