1Thoroughly clean the Mussels by scrubbing their shells and removing any beards. Purge the Clams by soaking them in cold, salted water for at least 30 minutes, then rinse well.
2In a large skillet or wide pot, heat the Extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced Garlic and Red pepper flakes, cooking gently until the Garlic is fragrant but not browned, about 2 minutes.
3Add the halved Cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and release their juices.
