1Soak the Beef short ribs in cold Water for at least 2 hours, changing the Water every 30 minutes, to remove excess blood.
2Drain the Beef short ribs and place them in a large pot. Cover with fresh cold Water and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, skimming off any foam and impurities.
3Drain the Beef short ribs again and rinse each piece thoroughly under cold running Water to remove any remaining impurities. Set aside.
