1Clean and pat dry the Fish steaks. Marinate the Fish with 2g Turmeric powder and 4g Salt for 15 minutes.
2Heat Coconut oil in a clay pot or heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
3Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Then add Fenugreek seeds and Curry leaves, frying for a few seconds until fragrant.
