1Wash parboiled rice and raw rice together thoroughly. Soak them in sufficient water for at least 4-6 hours.
2Wash urad dal and fenugreek seeds together. Soak them in separate water for at least 4-6 hours.
3Drain the soaked urad dal and fenugreek seeds. Grind them into a very fine, fluffy batter using a wet grinder or high-speed blender, adding minimal water as needed.
