1Wash the Short-grain rice thoroughly and cook according to package instructions.
2Prepare the sauce by mixing Soy sauce, Gochujang, Gochugaru, Sugar, and Black pepper in a small bowl.
3Heat a large pan or pot over medium-high heat. Add the Pork belly and cook until browned and some fat has rendered, about 5-7 minutes. Remove excess fat if desired.
