1Dry roast the Rolled oats in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fragrant and lightly toasted. Remove and set aside to cool.
2In the same pan, dry roast the Semolina for 3-4 minutes until it turns light golden. Remove and set aside to cool.
3Once cooled, grind the roasted Rolled oats into a coarse flour using a mixer grinder. Combine the ground Rolled oats and roasted Semolina in a large mixing bowl. Add the Yogurt and 150 grams of Water, mixing well to form a thick batter. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
