1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Non-glutinous rice flour and Salt. Gradually add Hot water, mixing with a spoon until the flour is moistened. Once cool enough to handle, knead the dough by hand for 10-15 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
2Divide the kneaded dough into four equal portions. Leave one portion plain. To the other three portions, knead in Beet powder, Spinach powder, and Gardenia yellow powder separately until each portion is uniformly colored.
3Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, combine 50g of Honey, 20g of finely ground Roasted sesame seeds, and Soybean flour. Mix well until a thick paste forms.
