1Wash and dice the Tomatoes into small cubes. Wash, deseed, and thinly slice the Green Peppers. Peel and finely chop the Onion.
2In a large, heavy-bottomed pan, heat the Olive Oil and Butter over medium heat until the Butter is melted and shimmering.
3Add the chopped Onion to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until it becomes translucent and softened.
