Peel the Bananas and slice each Banana into 3-4 diagonal pieces, approximately 3-4 cm thick. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the All-purpose flour, Corn starch, Baking powder, and Granulated sugar. Whisk thoroughly to combine.

Gradually add Water to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously until a smooth, lump-free batter is formed. The batter should be thick enough to coat the Banana pieces.
