1Carefully clean the Fresh Porcini mushrooms and Cremini mushrooms with a damp cloth or soft brush, avoiding water if possible. Slice the mushrooms into even pieces.
2Peel and finely slice the Garlic. Chop the Fresh flat-leaf parsley.
3In a large skillet, heat the Extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced Garlic and sauté gently for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
