1Clean and devein the Prawns. Marinate them lightly with a pinch of Turmeric powder and Salt for 15 minutes.
2Heat 30 grams of Coconut oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or clay pot over medium heat. Add the sliced Onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
3Add the Ginger-garlic paste, Green chili, and 3 grams of Curry leaves. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
