Prepare the Chicken Masala: Heat Coconut Oil in a large heavy-bottomed pan or pot over medium heat. Add Onions and sauté until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste, Green Chilies, and Curry Leaves to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
