1Rinse the rehydrated sea cucumber thoroughly under cold running water, ensuring any internal impurities are removed. Cut the sea cucumber into 2-3 centimeter thick slices or diagonal pieces.
2Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in 300 grams of warm water for at least 30 minutes until fully softened. Reserve the mushroom soaking liquid. Remove and discard the tough stems from the softened shiitake mushrooms.
3Slice 30 grams of ginger, cut 50 grams of scallion into 5-centimeter segments, and mince 20 grams of garlic.
