2In a large pot, add the Pork belly, Doenjang, Fresh ginger, Garlic cloves, Yellow onion, Green onion, Whole black peppercorns, Instant coffee powder, and Soju. Add enough water to completely submerge the Pork belly.
3Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 75-90 minutes, or until the Pork belly is fork-tender. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface during cooking.
