1Thoroughly clean the 500g jaecheop by rinsing them multiple times under cold running water, removing any sand or debris.
2In a large pot, combine the cleaned jaecheop with 1500g water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
3Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until all the jaecheop have opened. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
