1Wash the Short-grain white rice, Sweet glutinous rice, and Black rice together thoroughly. Soak the mixed rice in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain.
2Prepare the toppings: Slice the Dried jujube into thin rounds, thinly slice the Fresh ginseng, halve the Peeled chestnuts, and thinly slice the Fresh shiitake mushrooms and Carrot.
3Prepare the seasoning sauce (Yangnyeomjang): In a small bowl, combine the Soy sauce, Roasted ground perilla seeds, Minced garlic, Chopped green onion, Sugar, Red chili flakes (gochugaru), 5g of Sesame oil, and 15g of Water. Mix well and set aside.
