1Pour the Milk into a shallow, freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid.
2If the Omegi tteok is frozen, thaw it at room temperature for 30 minutes until soft. If the pieces are large, slice them into bite-sized portions.
3Remove the frozen Milk from the freezer. Using a bingsu machine or a sturdy grater, shave the frozen Milk into fine, fluffy ice flakes and pile them into a chilled serving bowl.
