1Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut potatoes into 2cm cubes. Cut Korean zucchini into half-moon slices. Slice onion thinly. Mince garlic. Cut green onions into 3cm lengths. Cut firm tofu into 2cm cubes. Slice king oyster mushrooms.
2Heat a pot over medium heat. Add sesame oil. Add pork belly and sauté until lightly browned and some fat has rendered.
3Add minced garlic and sliced onion to the pot with the pork belly. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion softens and becomes fragrant.
