1Prepare all ingredients: Clean mussels and clams. Peel and devein shrimp. Clean squid and slice into bite-sized pieces. Slice napa cabbage, onion, zucchini, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms. Mince garlic and ginger. Slice green onions, separating white and green parts. Slice Korean chili peppers.
2Heat cooking oil in a large pot or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, minced ginger, and the white parts of the green onions. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
3Add gochujang and gochugaru to the pot. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, ensuring the gochujang and gochugaru are well incorporated and fragrant, being careful not to burn.
