1Thoroughly clean the Godeulppaegi, removing any dirt or damaged leaves. Rinse several times under cold running Water.
2In a large bowl, sprinkle the Coarse sea salt evenly over the Godeulppaegi. Let it sit for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally, until the Godeulppaegi has softened and wilted.
3While the Godeulppaegi is salting, prepare the glutinous rice porridge. In a small pot, whisk the Glutinous rice flour with 150g of Water until smooth. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a translucent porridge. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
