1In a large bowl, combine the Mung bean flour, Wheat flour, Salt, and Water. Whisk until a smooth, lump-free batter is formed. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes.
2In a small bowl, mix together the Hoisin sauce, Tianmianjiang, Chili oil, and Light soy sauce to create the jianbing sauce mixture.
3Heat a large, flat griddle or a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly brush the surface with a small amount of Vegetable oil.
