1Sift together the All-purpose flour, Shiratamako, and Baking powder into a large bowl. Set aside.
2In a separate bowl, whisk together the Granulated sugar, Honey, Water, and Koikuchi soy sauce until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing gently with a whisk until a smooth, lump-free batter is formed. Do not overmix. Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
