1Cut Pork shoulder into 2.5 cm cubes. In a bowl, marinate Pork shoulder with Light soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and White pepper for 15 minutes.
2In a separate bowl, whisk Egg. Add the marinated Pork shoulder to the whisked Egg, ensuring each piece is coated.
3Add 50 grams of Corn starch to the Pork shoulder and Egg mixture, tossing until all pieces are evenly coated.
