1Gently clean the Squash blossoms by removing the pistils or stamens and any tough stems. Rinse them carefully under cold water and pat dry.
2Finely dice the White onion and mince the Garlic. Thinly slice the Serrano chile. Roughly chop the cleaned Squash blossoms and Epazote.
3Heat 20 grams of Vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced White onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
