11. In a large bowl, combine Atta flour and 2 grams of Salt. Gradually add Water and 10 grams of Ghee, kneading to form a smooth, pliable dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
22. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball.
33. Finely chop 100 grams of Onion, Green chili, and Fresh cilantro. Set aside 50 grams of finely sliced Onion for garnish.
