1. In a large bowl, combine Atta flour and Salt. Gradually add Water and 15g Ghee, kneading to form a smooth, pliable dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2. Boil Potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them thoroughly in a separate bowl, ensuring no lumps remain.

3. To the mashed Potatoes, add finely chopped Onion, finely chopped Green chili, grated Fresh ginger, finely chopped Fresh cilantro, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Turmeric powder, Amchur powder, and 7g Salt. Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
