In a blender, combine Dahi and Water. Blend until smooth and no lumps remain.

Peel and finely chop the Fresh ginger. Finely chop the Green chili and Fresh cilantro.

Add the chopped Fresh ginger, Green chili, Fresh cilantro, Roasted cumin powder, Black salt, and Salt to the Dahi mixture in the blender. Blend again briefly until all ingredients are well combined.
