1Rinse 200g dried soybeans thoroughly and soak them in ample cold water for at least 8 hours or overnight.
2Drain the soaked dried soybeans and combine them with 1500g water in a high-speed blender. Blend until a very fine, smooth soy milk is formed.
3Strain the blended soy milk through a fine-mesh sieve or a nut milk bag, pressing firmly to extract all liquid. Discard the soybean pulp.
