Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease and flour a 24cm round cake pan or a rectangular baking dish approximately 20x30cm.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Eggs and Granulated sugar. Whisk vigorously with an electric mixer until the mixture is pale, thick, and fluffy, approximately 5-7 minutes.

Gently fold in the Fresh orange zest, Fresh orange juice, Extra-virgin olive oil, Milk, and Vanilla extract into the egg mixture until just combined.
