1Score the Konnyaku block deeply in a crosshatch pattern on both sides, then slice it into thin, bite-sized rectangles, approximately 1cm by 3cm.
2Boil the sliced Konnyaku in a pot of water for 5 minutes to remove any strong odor, then drain thoroughly and set aside to cool.
3Rehydrate the Dried wakame in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes until fully expanded, then squeeze out excess water and chop into smaller pieces if necessary.
