1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Wash the Swiss chard thoroughly, trim the tough ends of the stems, and separate the leaves.
3Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the Swiss chard and blanch for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain the Swiss chard and let it cool slightly, then squeeze out as much excess water as possible using your hands or a clean kitchen towel.
