1Rehydrate dried gondre, dried chwinamul, and dried gosari by soaking them separately in ample water overnight or for several hours until tender. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
2For the gondre, blanch the rehydrated dried gondre in boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse in cold water and squeeze out excess water. Chop into 3-4 cm pieces.
3For the chwinamul, blanch the rehydrated dried chwinamul in boiling water for 3 minutes, then rinse in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
