1Thaw the frozen pollack partially under cold running water, then clean thoroughly, removing any internal organs. Cut the prepared frozen pollack into 5-6 centimeter pieces.
2Slice the radish into thin, half-moon shapes. Slice the onion thinly. Cut the tofu into 2-centimeter thick rectangles. Chop the green onion into 5-centimeter lengths. Slice the Korean chili pepper and red chili pepper diagonally.
3Mince the garlic and ginger finely.
