1Combine 2000g water, 30g dried anchovies (gutted), 10g dried kelp, 150g Korean radish (sliced), 100g onion (quartered), and 30g garlic cloves in a large pot.
2Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
3Remove dried anchovies, dried kelp, Korean radish, onion, and garlic cloves from the broth. Keep the clear broth.
