1In a small bowl, combine the Water, Granulated sugar, and Active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast is foamy, indicating it's active.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the Medium-gluten wheat flour and Salt. Make a well in the center.
3Pour the activated yeast mixture into the well of the flour. Using chopsticks or a spatula, mix until a shaggy dough forms.
