1Combine Water, grated Ginger, and crushed Green cardamom in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
2Once boiling, add the Tea leaves and continue to simmer for 1-2 minutes, allowing the tea to brew and spices to infuse.
3Pour in the Milk and add the Sugar. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then reduce heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chai develops a rich color and aroma.
