Chrysanthemum Tea

Bring 1000g of water to a rolling boil in a pot.

Gently rinse 15g of dried chrysanthemum flowers under cool running water for a few seconds to remove any dust.

Place the rinsed dried chrysanthemum flowers and 25g of rock sugar into a heatproof teapot or pitcher.
