1Place Rice Vermicelli in a large bowl and cover with hot water. Let soak for 8-10 minutes until softened but still firm. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
2In a small bowl, marinate Shrimp with 1 gram of Salt and a pinch of White Pepper for 10 minutes.
3Whisk Eggs with 1 gram of Salt. Heat 15 grams of Vegetable Oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Pour in Eggs and scramble until just set, then remove from wok and set aside.
