1Lightly roast the Rice flour and Urad dal flour separately in a dry pan over low heat until they are aromatic, about 5-7 minutes each. Ensure they do not change color. Let them cool completely.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted Rice flour, roasted Urad dal flour, Asafoetida, Cumin seeds, White sesame seeds, and Salt. Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly.
3Heat the Ghee until it is melted and hot. Pour the hot melted Ghee over the flour mixture. Using your fingertips, rub the Ghee into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
