1Wash and peel the Carrots, then grate them finely.
2In a large, heavy-bottomed pan or kadai, combine the grated Carrots and Full-fat milk. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low.
3Simmer the Carrots and Full-fat milk, stirring occasionally, until all the Full-fat milk has evaporated and the Carrots are tender. This will take approximately 40-50 minutes.
