1In a mixing bowl, combine the Glutinous rice flour, Sugar, and Salt. Mix well.
2Gradually add the Hot water to the dry ingredients, mixing with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Then, knead the dough by hand for 3-5 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
3Divide the dough into 15-20 small, equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and then gently flatten it into a disc, about 0.5 cm thick and 4-5 cm in diameter.
