1Rinse Azuki beans thoroughly.
2Place Azuki beans in a pot with 600 grams of Water, bring to a boil, then drain immediately.
3Return Azuki beans to the pot with another 600 grams of Water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 60-90 minutes until beans are very tender. Add Water if necessary to keep beans submerged.
